Job summary

TechConnect is seeking a seasoned Lead/Senior/Mid Product Manager in Indonesia to direct the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Design and Engineering to align priorities, deliver high-impact features, and ensure customer-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading plans, mentoring managers, and coordinating major launches while engaging with executives to drive business results and monetization strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management leadership experience across a portfolio.
• Executive stakeholder management and board/C-level communication experience.
• Strong business sense, P&L ownership, and monetization understanding.
• Experience building org-wide product operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and vision for a portfolio and align with company objectives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional roadmaps across multiple product teams.
• Champion customer-centric decision making leveraging user insights.
• Ratify investment decisions, build-vs-buy, and GTM strategies with executives.
• Govern lifecycle standards, cadences, and success metrics across teams.
• Direct hiring strategy for the product organization and build high-performing PM teams.
• Encourage AI-assisted workflows for discovery, documentation, analysis, and delivery.
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic narrative translation of product performance.
• Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations shaping the product portfolio.
• Ratify pricing, packaging, and monetization with Finance and Commercial leaders.
• Mentor Senior and Mid Product Managers and develop succession plans.
• Oversee risk management for high-stakes product decisions.
