Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Consulting background with banking/fintech expertise preferred.
• 5-10 years of product management experience building digital products end-to-end.
• Self-starter mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Strong stakeholder management to work with senior executives.
• Collaborative team player who cultivates talent.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI; hands-on experimentation.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Set the product direction, define the product roadmap, and align cross-functional stakeholders on prioritization.
• End-to-End Delivery: Own and scale digital products through their lifecycle from inception to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Backlog & Execution: Create, refine, and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, data insights, and overall business strategy.
• Stakeholder & Leadership Management: Navigate complex internal and external environments; manage relationships with senior leaders and external partners.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor junior product managers to foster a high-performing product culture.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Track product performance post-launch and leverage analytics to drive improvements.
• AI Innovation: Bring a natural curiosity about AI and experiment with tools to optimize workflow and add value.
