ADA in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver AI-powered products with measurable business impact.

You will set priorities in a fast-paced environment, lead agile ceremonies, and communicate strategy to senior leadership. This high-visibility role shapes the product portfolio in Southeast Asia's dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with senior/lead PM exposure.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; MBA is a plus.
• AI product experience including LLMs, generative AI, ML-driven features or intelligent automation.
• Proven track record shipping impactful B2B or B2C products at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics frameworks.
• Experience in agile/scrum environments and ceremonies.
• Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior PMs or cross-functional contributors.
• Deep familiarity with the Indonesian digital market, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Identify unmet customer needs through research, data analysis, and competitive intel.
• Translate strategy into prioritized backlog; define OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Make data-driven trade-off decisions on scope, timeline, and resources.
