Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Copywriter (or similar role) in a tech or digital environment.
• A portfolio that showcases your copywriting craft and impact on product problems.
• Working knowledge of design thinking and processes, particularly for digital products and services.
• Ability to follow and contribute to content style guides and to work with design systems.

Responsibilities

• Craft product copy: gather data on user needs and competitors to inform copy approach; develop cohesive narratives across touchpoints; write clear, concise, and useful copy; contribute to the copy style guide; conduct usability testing with senior copywriters; monitor copy effectiveness with the product team and designers.
• Communicate and manage stakeholders' expectations: clarify product strategy with product managers, researchers, designers, and engineers; communicate concepts clearly to align stakeholders; deliver copy to deadlines.
• Collaborate with other roles: work with product researchers and designers to learn user needs; ensure designs are harmonious; build strong relationships with team members.
