Job summary

Wasco Berhad in Batam seeks a senior project controls specialist to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control across EPC/O&G projects.

You will manage baselines, resource loading, EVM, and risk analysis, using SAP and Primavera P6, creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience, strong integrity, and ownership mindset to deliver on-time milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a project controls role within EPC or Oil & Gas industries.
• Proficiency with SAP, Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Deep knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and EVM techniques.
• Strong integrity and willingness to take ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project baseline plans, schedules, and planning packages.
• Manage resource loading, critical path analysis, and schedule updates with Primavera.
• Establish progress measurement systems and EVM reporting.
• Monitor budgeting, cost controlling, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to deliver milestones.
• Lead risk management and Extension of Time analyses.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for project status.
