Job summary

McDermott is seeking an experienced Senior Planner in Indonesia to drive planning and scheduling for complex EPCIC projects in the oil and gas sector. You will develop detailed level 3/4 activity schedules for marine scopes, analyze progress, and mentor junior planners.

Key tools include Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk and MS Project; advanced Excel skills are required. Strong communication with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain critical paths and project durations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering/Construction/Business Management or equivalent.
7-10 years EPCIC experience onshore/offshore oil & gas or power projects.
Strong scheduling using Primavera P6, MS Project and Deltek tools.

Responsibilities

Perform schedule analysis using Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and MS Project.
Support baseline creation during project initiation and setup.
Facilitate detailed multi-discipline scope reviews.
Mentor junior planners and provide schedule support.
Develop level 3/4 schedules for marine EPCIC projects and maintain links.
Produce histograms and progress curves related to schedules.
Review engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction sequences for critical path.
Identify delays, drive recovery actions and schedule improvements.
Lead and deliver schedule initiatives.
