Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Senior Project Control professional to ensure EPC/oil & gas projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, reporting and change management, and establish baselines and WBS structures.

With a minimum of 7 years in project control and at least 2 years in leadership, you will use Primavera P6 or PRISM to monitor progress, forecast risks, and prepare performance reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Control, Cost Control, or Project Scheduling within EPC, mining, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and project reporting.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, PRISM, WBS, or equivalen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project control functions, including planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, reporting, and change management.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project coding structures; establish control budgets and baseline schedules.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, expenditures, and progress against targets.
• Prepare and present periodic project performance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify risks, delays, and corrective actions.
• Support forecasting, trend analysis, and recovery planning; ensure reporting standards are followed.
• Promote compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
