Job summary

Royal HaskoningDHV is seeking a Project Manager to oversee EPCM cycle projects in Indonesia, driving schedule, budget, and scope adherence. The role requires close stakeholder collaboration and clear communication of progress and risks.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage charters, schedules, and budgets, and contribute to proposals and estimates while maintaining strong client relationships and a proactive improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering engineering and construction projects across the full EPCM lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in consultancy; EPCM experience is a strong plus.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English—both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Proven capability to lead effective project meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Solid technical understanding across relevant engineering disciplines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EPCM cycle project
• Collaborates with stakeholders and reports to them on a regular basis
• Ensures projects remain on schedule, within budgets and in scope
• Creates, manages and distributes project communications, including charters, schedules and budgets
• Leads team through execution of the project
• Assists in business development, such as proposals, RFPs and estimates
• Monitors and reports on project’s progress and performance
• Plan, schedule and track projects and staffing
• Establishes roles and responsibilities and team KPIs
• Develop project controls and risk management procedures
• Resolves technical and operational issues
