Shopee Thailand, based in Samut Prakan, is seeking a Workforce & Operations Planning Lead to partner across SWP, FP&A, HRBP, OpX, BI, CMM, and SOC Ops. You will manage assets, monitor PPH, and drive cost-saving initiatives through data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes headcount governance, daily/weekly/monthly planning, attendance data handling, and leading continuous improvement projects with OpX, SWP, and Performance teams, including AI pilots. Strong English communication is required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across departments including SWP, FP&A, HRBP, OpX, BI, CMM, and SOC Ops.
• Asset Management: Monitor physical assets such as warehouse pallets, IT hardware, and station equipment.
• Performance & Volume Tracking: Track PPH, monitor volume run rates, and analyze receive metrics.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Review SOC incentives, track productivity, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Workforce & Headcount Governance: Gatekeeper for ground FTE and subcontractor headcount with SWP.
• Manpower & Capacity Planning: Develop daily, weekly, monthly planning models including arrival curves and scheduling metrics.
• Workforce Management Systems: Maintain Google Sheets dashboards and attendance/Face Scan data.
• Special Projects & Process Improvement: Lead improvements with OpX, CMM, SWP, and Performance teams, incl. AI initiatives.
• Campaign & Regional Governance: Manage peak campaigns and act as PIC for regional SOC operations.

Job Description:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across departments including Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), FP&A, HRBP, Operational Excellence (OpX), Business Intelligence (BI), CMM, and Sortation Center Operations (SOC Ops).


• Asset Management: Monitor and control physical asset quality and operational utilization, including warehouse pallets, IT hardware, and station equipment.


• Performance & Volume Tracking: Monitor volume run rates, track Pieces Per Hour (PPH) across stations, and analyze actual receive metrics and volume distribution ratios.


• Budget & Financial Oversight: Review monthly SOC incentive structures, track productivity (PDTY), and drive cost-saving initiatives.


• Workforce & Headcount Governance: Act as the primary gatekeeper for ground FTE and subcontractor headcount management, coordinating directly with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).


• Manpower & Capacity Planning: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly planning models incorporating arrival curves, volume forecasting, Time-to-Bags (TTB), and workforce scheduling metrics.


• Workforce Management Systems: Maintain Google Sheets tracking dashboards and manage attendance/workforce data, including Face Scan validation across WFM and Work Station (WS) tools.


• Special Projects & Process Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement projects with OpX, CMM, SWP, and Performance teams, focusing on operational forecasting, operational models (D0, TTB), and AI-driven initiatives.


• Campaign & Regional Governance: Manage peak/campaign planning cycles and serve as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) and gatekeeper for regional SOC operations.

Requirements:

• Able to be based at Samut Prakan


• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Logistics Management or related fields.


• Communication & Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong follow-up capabilities.


• Technical & Tools: High proficiency in Power BI, Google Sheets, automated reporting, and AI-driven initiatives.


• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with proven experience handling large-scale datasets.


• Leadership & Management: Strong leadership skills with a gatekeeper mindset, capable of effectively guiding, managing, and controlling team outputs.


• Adaptability & Pressure: Proven ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage dynamic, fast-changing workloads and assignments.


• Work Ethic & Versatility: Highly adaptable, multi-skilled, and willing to work extended hours when required.


• Industry Experience: Prior background in E-Commerce and Operations is highly advantageous.
