Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Associate to drive QA projects and manage data workflows across SPX operations, delivering insights to leadership that improve compliance and audit accuracy.

You will coordinate with Ops, BI, Product, Costing, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives. This role combines project management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or project management.
• Strong skills in GSheet/Excel and SQL.
• Experience in data cleaning, root cause analysis, and translating raw data into insights.
• Strong project management with multiple initiatives and tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in Thai and English.
• Willingness to conduct occasional on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify non-compliance and inefficiencies.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to improve frameworks, SOPs, and training.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for management on metrics and trends.
• Support audit design and automation to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
• Conduct site visits to validate on-ground practices and identify gaps.
• Act as SME for team's data and processes, supporting continuous improvement.

The Associate will be responsible for driving key QA projects and managing data workflows to improve compliance, efficiency, and audit accuracy across SPX operations. This role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis to ensure smooth execution of QA initiatives and to provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Lead and support different projects. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Ops, BI, Product, Costing, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the initiatives
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify non-compliance trends, operational inefficiencies, and potential fraud cases
• Provide data-backed recommendations to improve frameworks, SOPs, and training
• Prepare regular reports and insights for management on the performance metrics, compliance trends, and initiative progress
• Support audit design and automation efforts to reduce manual work and increase audit accuracy
• Conduct site visits to validate on ground practices and identify gaps
• Act as a subject matter expert for the team's data and processes, supporting continuous improvement
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related fields
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or project management
• Strong skills in GSheet/Excel and SQL
• Experience in data cleaning, root cause analysis, and translating raw data into actionable insights
• Strong project management skills: able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with tight timelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both in Thai and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to conduct occasional on-site visits to hubs or warehouses
