tiket.com is seeking a Senior People Partner to drive people strategy across the business, embedding in leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business targets into actionable people roadmaps.

You will diagnose bottlenecks, design organizational effectiveness, retention, and workforce planning initiatives while balancing compliance and risk. Strong communication with senior leaders in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential, as is operating with agility in a high-velocity OTA market.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in HR/People partnering roles, preferably in tech/e-commerce.
• Ability to engage senior leaders with strategic alignment while executing ground-level work.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, retention, engagement and performance enablement.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, embedding in business units to translate targets into people roadmaps.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and deploy solutions across talent management, succession, org design, and capacity.
• Leverage workforce metrics and turnover trends to support recommendations and adjust strategies.
• Identify and mitigate ER risks, balancing compliance with a productive workplace.
• Navigate relationships with diplomacy, balancing immediate requests with long-term priorities.
