Job summary

Global Tiket Network is seeking an experienced HR/People Partner to drive strategic workforce initiatives in a fast-paced OTA environment. You will partner with senior leaders, translate business goals into people roadmaps, and lead organizational design, retention, and engagement initiatives.

You will diagnose bottlenecks, deploy targeted programs, and leverage data to measure impact while navigating complex stakeholder relationships. English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of HR/People Partnering experience, preferably in tech/e-commerce/digital industries.
• High adaptability; able to engage with senior leaders and manage change.
• Deep knowledge of organizational effectiveness, talent frameworks, retention, engagement, and performance.
• Comfortable using data and qualitative insights to build business cases and measure impact.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business models into People roadmaps.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and deploy talent management and org design solutions.
• Analyze challenges and deploy organizational levers across teams.
• Leverage metrics and turnover trends to back recommendations and adjust strategies.
• Identify and mitigate ER risks while balancing compliance with a healthy workplace.
• Navigate complex relationships with diplomacy across teams and priorities.
• Champion the HAPPY values in everyday collaboration and leadership behavior.
• Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence to deliver unified solutions.
