Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support Indonesia operations. You will advise on HR initiatives, coach managers, and ensure compliant people practices.

You will build strong relationships with leaders, manage employee relations, and lead change initiatives while aligning with a high-growth, multinational culture. Hybrid work and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to and demonstrated competence in all functional areas.
• Experience in high-growth companies and/or transformation projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders on strategic conversations and coach new managers on HR topics, especially in hybrid set-up.
• Familiarity with local Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices.
• Detail oriented with a logical, methodological approach to problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build trustful, credible relationships with business stakeholders through regular touchpoints and proactive engagement.
• Coach on HR programs, policies, processes, performance management, compensation, talent retention, learning and development.
• Handle employee relations issues including complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights concerns.
• Drive change management and learning programs to improve organisational health.
• Administer succession planning and talent evaluation information.
• Foster open, transparent communication and high ethical standards across the organisation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and staff movement administration.
• Generate HR reports to improve people decisions.
