Zusammenfassung

tiket.com is seeking a Senior HR/People Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, embedding in business units to shape People roadmaps and drive organizational effectiveness.

You will diagnose bottlenecks, leverage workforce metrics, and manage change in a fast-moving OTA environment. Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia required, with 5–8 years in HR/People Partnering, preferably in tech or e-commerce.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of HR/People Partnering experience, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or fast-paced digital industries.
• High adaptability, able to hold high-level strategic alignment conversations with senior leaders while staying ready to navigate ground-level execution and change management.
• Deep knowledge of organizational effectiveness, talent frameworks, retention strategies, employee engagement and performance enablement.
• Comfortable using quantitative data and qualitative insights to build business cases and measure initiative outcomes.
• Resilient and agile in navigating rapid shifts, scaling priorities, and the dynamics of a fast-moving OTA market.
• Business-fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Analyze complex business challenges and execute the right organizational levers
• Leverage workforce metrics, engagement data, and turnover trends to back recommendations, evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives and adjusting strategies in real time.
• Identify and mitigate legal, operational, and ER risks early, balancing compliance with a healthy, productive workplace environment.
• Navigate complex relationships and competing priorities with diplomacy, balancing immediate operational requests against long-term strategic relationships across teams.
• Act as a culture champion by embedding our HAPPY values into everyday team collaboration, feedback loops, and leadership behaviors.
• Connect seamlessly with People Team’s Centers of Excellence to deliver unified solutions and continuously refine our internal operating model.
