tiket.com is seeking an experienced People Partner to work closely with senior leaders across business units. You will translate strategic HR targets into actionable roadmaps, diagnose talent bottlenecks, and deploy data-driven interventions to improve engagement and retention.

You will mitigate ER risks while maintaining a compliant yet productive workplace. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in HR/People Partnering roles, preferably in tech or fast-paced digital industries.
• High adaptability with ability to align high-level strategy with ground-level execution.
• Deep knowledge of organizational effectiveness, talent frameworks, retention, engagement and performance enablement.
• Strong data- and evidence-based approach to build business cases and measure outcomes.
• Business fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
