Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional who supports overall people and organizational activities across the employee life cycle.
• Able to handle a big business unit independently and users up to executive level.
• Typically handles a business regionally with 3–6 years PBP experience.
• Consults leaders on how to manage people and organizational matters; understands levers to pull.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic conversations with senior leadership and drives HR strategies.
• Leads and implements people and talent strategies including succession planning.
• Participates in evaluating strategies and drives organizational initiatives.
• Mentors, coaches and provides actionable feedback to teams and stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and promotes inclusive culture.
