This role involves partnering with HR teams, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data privacy across HRIS. A strong analytical mindset and storytelling ability are essential to influence leaders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in HR context.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, talent lifecycles, and employee engagement frameworks.
• Adept in SQL: write clean queries for data extraction from data warehouse.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
• Data storytelling: present technical data to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key workforce metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Conduct analysis to uncover root causes behind attrition spikes and hiring bottlenecks.
• Maintain headcount dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
• Translate raw talent data into insights, executive summaries, and visual stories for HR leaders.
• Collaborate with HR teams to define data-driven solutions.
• Query and extract data efficiently using SQL and spreadsheets.
• Ensure data privacy and governance for sensitive employee information.
• Audit and maintain high data accuracy across HRIS.
