GoTo Group is seeking a Senior People Analytics Specialist to turn people data into meaningful insights that guide talent strategy. You will bridge People, Data, and Business, translating what metrics show into actionable recommendations for leaders.

You will analyze workforce trends, build dashboards, and partner with HR teams to develop data-driven solutions while maintaining strict data privacy and governance across HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data analysis experience, preferably in HR context.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, talent lifecycles, and engagement frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL and extracting data from data warehouses.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Analytical mindset; able to explain the why behind trends to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business sense and discretion with confidential people data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key workforce metrics (retention, engagement, hiring, diversity, performance) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify root causes of attrition spikes and hiring bottlenecks through data analysis.
• Maintain recurring headcount dashboards and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Translate HR data into digestible insights, executive summaries, and visual stories for HRBPs and leaders.
• Collaborate with TA, L&D, Total Rewards to define data-driven solutions for operational challenges.
• Query and extract data efficiently using SQL and spreadsheets.
• Ensure data privacy, governance, and confidentiality in HRIS data.
• Audit and maintain high data accuracy across HRIS systems.
