Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures across onboarding, benefits, and offboarding.
• Experience using HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to handle records and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for HR queries from employees and external partners.
• Organize and maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support full recruitment processes, including drafting regret letters.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and employment offers.
• Assist payroll data preparation and training record management.
