Job summary

Praktis is a forward-looking supply chain startup in Indonesia, seeking a diligent HR Operations professional to manage employee data, payroll, and HRIS records. You will oversee onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, while maintaining data confidentiality and high accuracy across HR processes.

The role requires 2–3 years of HR operations experience, strong MS Office skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems to deliver timely payroll and benefits administration in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems and data confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data (contracts, documents) and ensure accuracy in HRIS.
• Process onboarding, promotion, transfer, and offboarding documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, leave, allowances).
• Prepare regular attendance, turnover, payroll, and KPI reports.
