Job summary

Vidio is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end monthly payroll for permanent, contract, and intern staff across all entities in Indonesia. You will calculate allowances, overtime, deductions, THR, and bonuses, and ensure accurate tax reporting via DJP Online.

You will oversee BPJS registrations and monthly payments, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with Finance to reconcile payroll. A background in Accounting/Math and 2–3 years of payroll experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of payroll or HR operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software.
• Strong understanding of PPh 21 income tax calculations and BPJS regulations.
• High attention to detail, precision, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Academic background in Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Sound knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and current regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Permanent, Contract, and Intern employees across all entities.
• Calculate and verify payroll components, including allowances, overtime, deductions, THR, and bonuses.
• Handle the administration and tax reporting of PPh 21 via DJP Online.
• Oversee the registration, monthly payments, and reporting for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Perform monthly payroll reconciliations in coordination with the Finance team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll data and records.
