Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a capable Operations Manager for its Apple Developer Academy in Jakarta. The role oversees daily operations, planning, budgeting and stakeholder coordination to ensure top-quality teaching and learning services.

You will lead a team to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in education-related settings, strong communication skills in Bahasa and English, and a track record of improving operational processes

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Proven experience in managing an education-related organization.
• Proven experience in people management and operational leadership.

• Direct, maintain and improve overall operational effectiveness in Apple Developer Academy.
• Develop planning, implement and evaluate operations strategies for the Academy.
• Ensure excellent support for teaching and learning operational processes.
