Job summary

Apple Inc. in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks an extraordinary Facilities Manager to support its growing team. The role focuses on running site operations, soft and hard services, and delivering high performance aligned with Apple standards.

You will collaborate with local and global teams, manage vendors, budgets, leases and utilities, and drive best practices in Places Facility Management while ensuring OH&S compliance and space planning across offices and academies in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management or related roles.
• Degree qualified in related fields.
• Must have professional fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, manage, and maintain services within offices and academies in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with Apple's LOB, RE&D and their nominated internal/external vendors/partners.
• Input to in‑GEO OPEX planning and budgets; handle Places commercial obligations (Lease, Utility & Vendor payments).
• Drive consistency in Places site services and resources; create and sustain best practices for the Facility Team.
