Mondelēz International seeks a manufacturing leader to drive Surabaya plant operations, delivering safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets. You will implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey and build a high-performing, self-sufficient team in a FMCG setting.

Work location is Surabaya with potential remote collaboration, reporting to Manufacturing leadership and guiding cross-functional partners to sustain a best-in-class operation.

• Engineer with financial acumen and project management ability.
