Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with substantial store leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing full-price luxury boutiques, preferably handbags/leather goods.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail KPIs (AUR, ATV, UPT, turnover, retention).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and commercial performance in Surabaya boutique.
• Drive sales growth and deliver premium customer service through clienteling.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of 5–6 staff to ensure high performance.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, cash handling, and store administration.
