Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Store Manager for a luxury boutique in Surabaya. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver personalized service to high-value clients while guiding a small team and ensuring premium brand presentation.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in full-price luxury retail, and deep knowledge of key performance indicators to optimize performance and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail with store management leadership.
• Experience managing full-price luxury boutiques, preferably handbags/leather goods.
• Outlet-only experience may not suffice; familiarity with full-price luxury is needed.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail KPIs (AUR, ATV, UPT, turnover, retention).
• Ability to hit sales targets, analyze performance, and drive improvements.
• Expertise in clienteling and repeat-customer development.
• Strong people management: coaching, scheduling, development.
• Solid retail operations knowledge: inventory, cash handling, admin.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Commercial acumen, analytics, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination and service skills.
• Professional appearance, integrity and accountability.
• Basic English proficiency for workplace communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a luxury boutique, driving sales and service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of sales and supervisor staff.
• Monitor store KPIs and implement sales improvement strategies.
• Manage clienteling programs and high-value client relationships.
• Ensure brand standards in presentation and customer experience.
• Oversee inventory control, stock intake, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate with store leadership and departments on priorities.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance data.
• Support visual merchandising and in-store campaigns.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff for peak periods.
• Deliver premium service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Assist with budgeting and store operational initiatives.
