Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience with store leadership.
• Experience managing full-price luxury boutiques (handbags, leather goods preferred).
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail KPIs and clienteling.
• Good English for workplace communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and commercial performance of a luxury boutique.
• Lead a team of 5–6 engineering technicians? (Note: responsibilities refer to engineering in HTML)
• Maintain luxury brand standards and premium customer service.
• Coordinate with management and departments to ensure brand presentation and sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and store administration.
• Ensure health and safety and readiness for new properties.
