Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience with store leadership.
• Proven record in managing full-price luxury boutiques.
• Experience with clienteling and premium customer service.
• Strong understanding of luxury KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent communication and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and commercial performance of a luxury boutique.
• Lead a team of approx. 5–6 staff, including scheduling and development.
• Drive sales growth while maintaining brand service standards.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and stock control.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and execute clienteling.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store policies.
