Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Store Manager for a luxury fashion boutique. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver premium client experiences at a flagship location in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail store management experience.
• Proven experience managing full-price luxury boutiques.
• Experience with handbags, leather goods or premium fashion products.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail KPIs (AUR, ATV, UPT, retention).
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and analyze performance.
• Demonstrated clienteling, CRM and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and sales performance.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop a team of ~5–6 staff.
• Ensure premium service and strengthen relationships with high-value clients.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
• Maintain store administration, cash handling and reporting.
• Collaborate with General Manager and other departments on priorities.
