• Proven track record in managing full-price luxury boutiques and developing client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily boutique operations and commercial performance to meet sales targets.
• Drive clienteling and high-value customer engagement to grow loyalty.
• Coach and develop the store team, manage scheduling, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, inventory control, and store procedures are followed.
• Prepare weekly reports and provide insights to improve productivity and profitability.
