Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with substantial experience in store management.
• Proven experience managing full-price luxury boutiques, preferably handbags, leather goods, or premium fashion products.
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail KPIs (AUR, ATV, UPT, sales turnover, customer retention).
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, analyze business performance and drive improvements.
• Experience in clienteling, CRM, and building repeat-business.
• People management skills including coaching, scheduling, and development.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory, cash handling, and store admin.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and service skills.
• Professional appearance and accountability.
• Basic English proficiency for workplace communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and commercial performance of a luxury boutique in Surabaya.
• Drive sales growth, manage customer experience, and develop the store team.
• Ensure inventory control, stock counting, and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales KPIs and implement improvements to achieve targets.
• Build relationships with high-value clients through clienteling.
• Coordinate with vendors, security, and store management to ensure compliance.
