Job summary

FL Technics Indonesia in Bali is seeking a Logistics Administrator to manage freight and storage data using CRM and Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of logistics data and documents.

You will handle administrative tasks for logistics projects, coordinate with the Logistics team to maintain accurate data, and monitor data quality while supporting related accounting tasks with a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written with good negotiation and influencing skills.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics, sales support, administration, finance/accounting, or a similar role.
• Experience handling documentation, data administration, and large volumes of numerical data.
• Experience working with Excel is mandatory.
• Experience working with CRM systems is highly preferred.

• Provide backup support for other Sales Logistics & PLB team activities when needed.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Fluent in English, both verbal and spoken with good negotiation and influencing skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, sales support, administration, finance/accounting, or a similar role.

Experience handling documentation, data administration, and large volumes of numerical data.

Experience working with Excel is mandatory.

Experience working with CRM systems is highly preferred.
