Job summary

FL Technics Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Support specialist to liaise with customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate billing, while updating project information for planning and generating weekly revenue reports.

Based in Jakarta or Bali facilities, the role requires strong Excel skills, excellent English, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support or related roles.
• Experience in aviation, MRO, engineering, manufacturing or other technical industry preferred.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and provide necessary information in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with intra- and inter-departmental teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and queries.
• Handle billing-related tasks, including data collection, quotation preparation, and coordination of billing approvals.
• Assist in sales planning by updating potential project information for the direct manager and providing upcoming project data to the Planning Department.
• Prepare and generate sales analysis and revenue reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all sales-related documents and information.
• Perform other sales support and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the direct manager or superior.
