Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Indonesia seeks a seasoned Sales/BD professional to expand customer accounts and drive sales targets in logistics and transportation. You will identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver integrated logistics technology solutions to improve management and operations.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in logistics sales, an existing network with medium to large firms, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5-10 years of relevant sales/business development experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, logistics technology, or industrial solutions.
• Existing network with medium to large logistics customers is highly preferred.
• Experience with logistics informatization, fleet management, IoT, SaaS, or digital logistics solutions is a plus.
• Good understanding of Indonesia's logistics and transportation regulations and policies.
• Experience with fleet operations, particularly security and cold-chain fleets, is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, adaptable, quick to learn, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand customer accounts to achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation industry
• Provide comprehensive logistics technology solutions to improve customer management and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Conduct market research and collect customer and industry insights to support business decisions
• Develop opportunities with medium and large logistics companies, particularly in security and cold-chain logistics
• Support business expansion and customer development in the Indonesian market
