PT. Surya Fajar Indonesia seeks a leader to drive sales development for local logistics, urban delivery, and supply chain solutions across Indonesia, overseeing negotiations, quotations, contracts, and payments.
The role also involves overseeing regional logistics operations, coordinating with fleets, warehouses, and vendors, building teams, and delivering performance reports to the head office, with fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
Lead sales development for local logistics, urban delivery, and supply chain solutions across Indonesia, managing full cycle business negotiations, quotations, contract execution, and payment collections.
Oversee daily regional logistics operations, including fleet dispatching, delivery time efficiency, warehouse integration, exception handling, and after-sales service to reduce costs and boost fulfillment rates.
Supervise local logistics execution, collaborating with local fleets, freight forwarders, warehouses, and service vendors across import, export, urban delivery, and last-mile operations.
Build, train, schedule, and evaluate local sales and operational teams, driving overall team performance to achieve regional business targets.
Track sales and operational metrics, analyze logistics costs and market competitors, and deliver routine performance reports to China headquarters.
Facilitate trilingual business communication in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia across government authorities, business partners, internal teams, and clients.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Trilingual fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for business negotiation and contract review.
Proven dual capability in sales client acquisition and hands-on logistics operational management.
Preferred experience in international logistics, Indonesian local delivery, cross-border supply chain, or freight forwarding industries.
Prior experience in team management, staff training, and team KPI management within the logistics sector is preferred.
Familiarity with the Jakarta and broader Indonesian logistics market, with existing local fleet, merchant, or channel network resources preferred.
Strong result orientation, high stress tolerance, and adaptability for long-term placement based in Jakarta with coverage across Indonesia.
