Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA seeks a Senior Specialist for KOL & Creator Marketing in Jakarta. You will manage KOL, creator, and affiliate partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, guiding end-to-end collaborations from sourcing to performance evaluation.

You will build creator briefs, coordinate with the Ecommerce team to drive traffic and GMV, monitor campaign metrics, and stay ahead of trends to seize new influencer opportunities. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
3+ years in KOL/Influencer/Creator/Affiliate marketing.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian TikTok and Instagram creator landscape.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Manage KOL, Creator, and Affiliate partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers.
Handle end-to-end creator collaborations, including sourcing, negotiation, briefing, product seeding, content review, and performance evaluation.
Plan and execute monthly KOL and creator campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
Create creator briefs and content guidelines based on brand and product objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, including views, engagement, clicks, GMV, ROI, and conversion.
