Cermaticom seeks a results-driven sales leader to expand its retail client network across Indonesia. You will drive promotions, lead a Key Account Specialist team, and coordinate with Sales Operations to hit sales and profitability targets.

You will analyze market trends and competitor activity while leveraging your strong negotiation skills and industry connections in gadgets and electronics.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team to achieve high sales performance.
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial terms.
• Excellent network in the retail gadgets & electronics sector.

Mansioni

• Drive sales program and promotions & incentive programs to key retail clients to ensure continuous sales growth.
• Manages and leads Key Account Specialists to achieve targeted client network growth and sales growth.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations Lead to achieve targeted level of sales and profitability.
• Drive analysis and insight on current products and market intelligence on competitors.
• Manage portofolio AR client and AP partner insurance by coordinating with BD support team.
