Job summary

Cermati.com is expanding its retail client network across Indonesia and driving sales programs with promotions and incentives to ensure continuous growth. You will lead and develop the Key Account Specialists to achieve targeted network and sales expansion, coordinating with the Sales Operations team to optimize profitability.

Strong negotiators with a robust retail gadget/electronics network will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years in sales, account management, or retail management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for quick solutions.
• Extensive network in retail, especially gadgets & electronics.
• Strong negotiation skills on commercial terms.
• Experience creating and promoting sales programs to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for expansion of retail client network across Indonesia
• Drive sales program and promotions & incentive programs to key retail clients to ensure continuous sales growth
• Manages and leads Key Account Specialists to achieve targeted client network growth and sales growth
• Coordinate with Sales Operations Lead to achieve targeted level of sales and profitability
• Drive analysis and insight on current products and market intelligence on competitors
• Manage portofolio AR client dan AP partner insurance by coordinating with BD support team
