Job summary

Cermati is seeking an experienced sales leader to expand our retail client network across Indonesia. You will drive sales programs, promotions, and incentives to ensure sustained growth and profitability for our fintech offerings, coordinating with BD support and sales teams.

You will lead and develop a team of Key Account Specialists, analyze market intelligence, and negotiate favorable terms with retailers—especially in gadgets and electronics—to accelerate product adoption and achieve target

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail management, ideally in a regional or territory management role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Have an excellent network in the retail business especially for gadgets & electronics sectors
• Strong negotiation skills especially with regards to commercial terms
• Strong experience in creating and promoting sales promotions to drive high product adoption

Responsibilities

• Responsible for expansion of retail client network across Indonesia
• Drive sales program and promotions & incentive programs to key retail clients to ensure continuous sales growth
• Manages and leads Key Account Specialists to achieve targeted client network growth and sales growth
• Coordinate with Sales Operations Lead to achieve targeted level of sales and profitability
• Drive analysis and insight on current products and market intelligence on competitors
• Manage portofolio AR client dan AP partner insurance by coordinating with BD support team
