Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is expanding its retail client network across Indonesia and seeks a Senior Account Manager to strengthen key relationships and drive sustained sales growth.

In this role you will lead a team of Key Account Specialists, coordinate with Sales Operations, and analyze market intelligence to improve profitability while expanding market presence in gadgets and electronics sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail management, ideally in a regional or territory management role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Have an excellent network in the retail business especially for gadgets & electronics sectors
• Strong negotiation skills especially with regards to commercial terms
• Strong experience in creating and promoting sales racing programs to drive high product adoption

Responsibilities

• Expansion of retail client network across Indonesia
• Drive sales program and promotions & incentive programs to key retail clients to ensure continuous sales growth
• Manages and leads Key Account Specialists to achieve targeted client network growth and sales growth
• Coordinate with Sales Operations Lead to achieve targeted level of sales and profitability
• Drive analysis and insight on current products and market intelligence on competitors
• Manage portofolio AR client dan AP partner insurance by coordinating with BD support team
