Job summary

PT Indogal Agro Trading is seeking a driven Key Account Executive to join the dynamic team in Jakarta. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and deliver compelling presentations to expand the Manufacturing channel.

With 4+ years in Sales or Business Development and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, you will negotiate deals, forecast sales, and collaborate with marketing to sustain profitability. This is a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Experience in Meat or Commodity Industry with strong Manufacturing portfolio.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the company's customer base

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring profitability

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities

What we're looking for

Minimum of 4 years and proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management

Experience in the Meat or Commodity Industry with strong portfolio in Manufacture
