Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex projects within the Information Technology Department in a dynamic team. You will coordinate business, IT and vendor teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions on time and within budget.

You will drive governance, risk, compliance and operations, while ensuring that system design aligns with overall architecture and objectives. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
Experience in project management, vendor management, incident & problem management.
Strong experience managing business and IT stakeholders.
Fluency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infra-as-code tools like Terraform.
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps and SRE practices.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects and manage stakeholders to meet objectives within scope, cost and schedule.
Design and deliver solutions across human, digital and physical interactions with policy alignment.
Manage outsourced vendors and in-house contractors; conduct procurement.
Govern ICT policies, risk management, and compliance across projects.
Operate and maintain IT services; ensure service levels and incident response.
Define SLOs, monitor health, and work with vendors to ensure uptime and performance.
