Job summary

Merkleinnovation is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning and execution of technology projects in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate risk management, budgets, timelines, and resources while collaborating with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

You will monitor progress using established PM methodologies, provide updates to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, management or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT project management or IT consulting experience.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in dynamic team environments.
• Experience with PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IT projects, including risk management, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop technology implementation plans.
• Manage and monitor project progress using PM methodologies.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed about developments, roadblocks, and milestones.
• Guide project teams on project management methodologies and relevant tools.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as liaison between technical teams and clients.
