Job summary

Greenhouse Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior SRE who will own reliability, performance, and cost outcomes for systems end-to-end. You will drive tradeoffs, scope ambiguous problems, and lead process improvements across teams.

You will design Kubernetes deployment strategies, manage CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD) and Terraform, and mentor peers. Strong English communication and on-call incident experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SRE/DevOps/platform engineering at high-traffic environments.
• Deep cloud experience (AWS preferred) and ability to ramp up other clouds quickly.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Linux, and container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD).
• Strong Infra as Code (Terraform) and observability standards.

Responsibilities

• Own availability, performance, scalability, and security end-to-end across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Design and evolve Kubernetes deployment strategy for production workloads.
• Manage CI/CD and GitOps pipelines and the infrastructure behind them (Terraform).
• Diagnose and resolve database performance issues and build observability.
