Murup is a production house seeking an experienced IT Technical Support professional to ensure stable technical operations across PABX, cPanel, mail servers, NAS, CCTV, and network infrastructure. You will manage ticketing workflows and safeguard hardware, software, and digital subscriptions in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Technical Support experience across PABX, cPanel, mail servers, NAS, CCTV, network infrastructure, Windows operating systems, system configuration, and PC troubleshooting.
• Experience managing a ticketing system to streamline workflow and support equipment inventory, maintenance, and deployment.
• Proficient in data management including backups and file organization; managing digital subscriptions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
