Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Technical Support experience across PABX, cPanel, mail servers, NAS, CCTV, network infrastructure, Windows operating systems, system configuration, and PC troubleshooting.
• Experience managing a ticketing system to streamline workflow and support equipment inventory, maintenance, and deployment.
• Proficient in data management including backups and file organization; managing digital subscriptions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
