Job description

Responsibilities

1. Design technical recommendation systems, identify and implement technological strategic solutions.
2. Involve in digital and software requirements definition.
3. Identify risk, provide risk mitigation strategies, and elevate issues to IT Division and relevant stakeholders.
4. Research emerging technology, including standards and compliance for system development processes.
5. Ensure accurate technical advice and solutions to enhance system development performance.
6. Verify technical standardization based on technical guidance and provide solutions for technical problems for the project team.
7. Conduct mentoring and training activities for programmers to improve skill and knowledge of team members.
8. Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
9. Ensure timely completion of related projects and implementation processes.
10. Provide reports and program documentation (e.g., cost reports, program plans).
11. Review existing systems evaluations and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.
12. Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirements.
13. Implement system automation as required for greater efficiency and ensure constant availability of technical resources.
14. Collaborate with IT governance to ensure technical compliance and standards.

Management Support Activities

• Provide reports to direct supervisor.
• Suggest improvement processes related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort, and cost).
• Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by direct supervisor.

Education Requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree.

Work Exposure / Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory level, or
• Minimum 4 years of general work experience.

Special Skills / Certification

• Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring systems.
• Experience with automation software.
• Possess active related certification (listed on the approved list of certification documents).
