Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking an IT Systems Support/DevOps specialist to provide technical support for in-house and third-party systems during development, testing, and deployment.

You will work with developers to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications, while maintaining documentation and supporting environment setup across development and production stages.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in system support, application support, or development operations.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell) and SQL.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive experimentation and problem-solving.
• Experience in technology consulting and/or IT system integration is preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
