The role involves monitoring, reporting, and providing technical support to keep IT services running smoothly, with a focus on optimization, incident response, and cross‑team collaboration across network and security domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/Computer related field from reputable university with GPA > 3.00.
• Understand IT software/software development life cycle.
• Familiar with network management including firewall, VPN, Proxy, DNS, IPS/IDS, LAN/WAN/WiFi, switching and routers.

Responsibilities
