Job summary

PT STAR MAJU SENTOSA is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our application development team and drive technology initiatives across the group. You will oversee end-to-end IT projects, ensure reliability of business applications, and collaborate with business units to optimize processes.

The role requires strong SDLC, architecture and API skills, plus experience with cloud services (AWS) and familiarity with retail SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IT development team.
• Knowledge of SDLC, architecture and security.
• Familiarity with microservices and API integration.
• Cloud services experience (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver IT projects.
• Collaborate with business units to identify productivity improvements via technology.
• Oversee business application operations, performance and reliability across head office and stores.
• Work with IT Infrastructure to achieve technology strategy.
